1. Orders
Orders placed and purchases made are governed as follows:
Should we not be able to supply an item for a reason beyond our control we will not accept liability.
Placing an order does not necessarily mean we will fulfil it. Only when we invoice and dispatch the Goods is the Contract between the Buyer and Company acknowledged and confirmed.
2. Cancellation of an order
Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order (no later than within 30 days of the invoice date): by phone (0034 - 943 47 35 46), by e-mail (info@newrootsherbal.eu), or by fax (0034 - 943 34 50 43).
3. Prices
For visitors who are not logged in, all prices in our online store are displayed including 10% VAT by default. As soon as you are logged in as a registered customer, the prices are automatically displayed including the applicable VAT for your country.
All prices are subject to change without notice being given.
4. Payment
We do not offer any discounts for prompt payment or prepayment. Invoice will be issued in €.

Delivery will be made to the address given when placing your order.
Shipments are sent by courier within 3-5 business days of receipt of the order to most countries within the European Union.
If the couriers fail to deliver your Goods in part or in full, it is beyond our control and we will not be held liable. However, we will use our best endeavours to ensure you are recompensed for the loss.
Any items damaged must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Orders to Great Britain can't be fulfilled. Orders to Northern Ireland and all countries from the European Union are being processed without delay!

6. Shipping fees
Zone 1 - Central Europe

Shipping on orders over € 85 is free.
Orders under € 85 are subject to additional shipping costs of € 6.50 plus the applicable VAT.
Zone 2 - Eastern Europe
(Bulgaria, Poland, Rumania, Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Estonia, Slovenia, Croatia, ...)

7. Returns
We accept returns for all products provided that they are still unopened, and are returned within 30 days of the invoice date, at the expense of the sender, and after prior notification by phone at 0034 - 943 47 35 46, or by e-mail to info@newrootsherbal.eu.
